Ibu Cerdas Berdaya (‘Smart, Empowered Mother’) is a civil society organization that facilitates Indonesian women to be well-informed and empowered citizens, whose ideas and concerns drive systemic change.

Since 2018, Ibu Cerdas Berdaya has evolved alongside our community. What started with Buibu Baca Buku and a shared love for reading has grown into a movement with an expanded definition of literacy, from Climate Literacy for Mothers (2023) to Politics & Policy Literacy for Mothers (2025). Today, through our latest initiative, co.llaBBB (Community Learning Lab for Betterment and Belonging), we continue to build a space where mothers are informed, empowered, and driving real change together.
